OUR FOUNDER.
Ronald E. Damper founded EV-LUTION CHARGING LLC in December 2023.
With a distinguished track record of leadership at DAMRON Corporation, He brings a wealth of experience and a visionary approach to the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure industry.
Ron is renowned for his tenure at DAMRON Corporation as founder and president for the last 40 years, where he played a pivotal role in transforming McDonald's supply chain as its first national diverse supplier. Under his leadership, DAMRON, a major African American minority business enterprise, set new standards for excellence and inclusion in the tea and business community.
Prior to founding DAMRON, Ron worked in the financial services industry with GE Capital Corporation and as Vice President of Bankers Trust and Citicorp, providing leveraged leasing and other capital financing.
Ron is a graduate of Knoxville College earning a degree in Math. He is a founding Member of BALSA at NYU School of Law, and studied at the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CT. He is a Black College Alumni Hall of Fame member and
recipient of numerous awards and accolades from GNPDC Managerial and Executive Excellence Award & Community Investment Award and the National Black MBA Association.
His commitment to community development and sustainable business practices has been a driving force throughout his career. As the owner of EV-LUTION CHARGING LLC,
Ron aims to leverage his extensive experience to drive the company towards becoming a leader in the EV charging industry.
