EV-Lution Charging LLC was founded with a clear mission: to accelerate the transition to clean transportation by developing reliable, accessible, and strategically located electric vehicle charging infrastructure. As a veteran- and minority-owned company, EV-Lution is focused on building a regional network of DC fast charging stations that serve drivers, businesses, municipalities, and underserved communities throughout the Midwest and Southeast. A key component of our success has been our strategic partnership with Red E Charging, whose expertise has been instrumental in transforming our vision into reality.   

Red E brings deep industry knowledge in charger technology, network operations, project engineering, deployment, and ongoing system management. By leveraging Red E’s proven charging platform, technical capabilities, and operational experience, EV-Lution has been able to focus on identifying high-quality locations, cultivating relationships with site hosts and municipalities, and expanding our regional footprint with confidence. This collaboration combines EV-Lution’s market development and project management expertise with Red E’s industry-leading charging infrastructure capabilities, creating a strong foundation for long-term growth. 

 While our current portfolio emphasizes public DC fast charging, EV-Lution is also expanding its strategy to meet the rapidly growing demand for charging where people live. The company is actively pursuing partnerships with faith-based communities, churches, apartment communities, condominiums, mixed-use developments, and multifamily property owners to deploy both Level 1 and Level 2 charging solutions.     

 As EV ownership continues to increase, residents increasingly expect convenient overnight charging at home.  EV-Lution is developing scalable, property-friendly solutions that enhance resident amenities, increase property value, and create new revenue opportunities for owners while supporting the continued adoption of electric vehicles.  Through disciplined planning, strategic partnerships, and careful site selection, EV-Lution has progressed from concept to execution, establishing operational stations, expanding its development pipeline, and positioning itself to capitalize on the growing demand for both public fast charging and residential charging infrastructure.

Building upon the momentum established in 2025, EV-Lution entered 2026 with an expanding portfolio of operational stations and a strong development pipeline. 

• Villa Park, Illinois station is now live and operational, marking another significant milestone for the company. Previously identified as one of EV-Lution's strongest suburban opportunities, the site benefits from excellent traffic counts, growing EV ownership, strong commercial activity, and convenient access to major transportation corridors. The successful activation of this location further demonstrates EV-Lution's ability to bring strategically selected projects from concept to operation. 

• Wilmette, Illinois location is expected to become operational soon. While the project has experienced some neighborhood opposition, village leadership has remained supportive and continues to recognize the importance of expanding EV infrastructure to meet the growing demand for public charging. Once activated, Wilmette will strengthen EV-Lution's presence in Chicago's North Shore, one of the region's highest EV adoption markets. 

In Michigan, construction of the Joy Road charging station is nearing completion and will further expand EV-Lution's footprint throughout the Detroit metropolitan area.

The company has also committed to expanding into Georgia with planned developments in Lithonia, College Park, Smyrna, and Kennesaw.   

These locations were selected following extensive demographic analysis, traffic studies,  EV adoption trends, and commercial corridor evaluations. Smyrna and Kennesaw remain Tier 1 opportunities due to their high household incomes, strong population growth, and favorable EV ownership trends. 

College Park offers exceptional strategic value because of its proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, serving hotels, logistics centers, commuters, and rideshare drivers. Lithonia represents a promising Tier 2 growth market with increasing development and long-term demand for charging infrastructure.

The electric vehicle market continues to mature as automakers introduce new models and consumers increasingly transition toward electrified transportation. Although adoption has moderated from the rapid growth experienced during earlier years, long-term demand for dependable charging infrastructure remains exceptionally strong.

Public charging infrastructure continues to lag, behind projected EV growth in many regions, creating significant opportunities for experienced charging operators capable of identifying strategic locations, managing complex development projects, and delivering reliable charging experiences.
